Terms and Conditions
Technical Cable Concepts, Inc. (TCC) warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, TCC will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of this product which proves defective be reason of improper workmanship or materials.
Repair parts or replacement products will be provided by TCC on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.
This warranty does not cover any damage to this product which results from accident, abuse, obsolescence, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective TCC products within 30 days of product shipment. TCC is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of TCC products.
All assemblies, adapters, terminators, GBICs, and SFPs are non-returnable.
A $100.00 minimum order is required for all purchases.
The foregoing is the complete warranty for TCC products and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written. Except as expressed set forth above, no other warranties are made with respect to TCC products and TCC expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including to the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will TCC be liable to the purchaser, or to any user of the TCC product, for any damages, expenses, lost revenues, lost savings, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the TCC product, even if TCC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Obtaining an RMA
If our QC analysis determines that your returned product was damaged after it left our facility, you, the customer, could be responsible for labor and testing fees ($10.00 min).
To obtain warranty service, you must first obtain a Return for Material Authorization (RMA) number by calling TCC’s Customer Service Department at (714) 835-1081.
When speaking to a representative, we require that you give the following:
• the part number
• a detailed description of the problem
• the invoice or PO number
Products that can be be returned must have proof of purchase within 30 days of shipment to you.
After the RMA has been authorized and you have been given the RMA number:
• Prominently display this RMA number on the outside of your package.
• Return the product with freight prepaid and insured to:
350 Lear Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
